Q: But wait, referrals and credits? This sounds like a pyramid scheme. Where does the money come from?

A: There is no fee to signup with us, nor will there ever be. We don't even charge you shipping and handling for the free gifts! Our website is not a pyramid or matrix scheme because all of our revenue comes from the companies who are simply paying us for their new customers. In a pyramid scheme, money paid in from new members pays the old members. Since RewardCentric doesn't collect any money from its users, all gifts are paid for out of our revenues from the advertisers who provide the sponsored offers.

Q: Can I signup from a public or shared internet connection?

A: Sorry, we do not allow this. Please use your own personal internet connection. The reason for this is because someone could have used the same internet connection to signup with us, like at a public library or school. We only allow one signup per unique internet connection (IP Address), or household.

Q: Do I need a credit card to participate?

A: We do not collect any payment or credit card information, since we don't charge you any money for signing up. However, some advertisers may require that you provide credit card or payment information in order to complete the offer. All payment-related or logistical questions regarding offers should be directed to the advertiser, not us.

Q: How do you know when I complete an offer?

A: You must signup for the offer using the link provided. If you go to the merchant's website outside of our system, you won't receive credit and we won't be able to provide credit. When you use the link provided, we sent a bit of information to the advertiser that uniquely identifies you as a RewardCentric.com member. When they report to us that the offer was successfully completed, they forward that same bit of information back to us, and our computer system gives your account credit.

Q: If I have an account on more than one prize site, can I move offer credits between accounts?

A: No, we do not offer the ability to transfer offer credits between accounts.

Q: Help! I didn't receive credit for an offer I signed up for.

A: Please wait at least 7 days after the stated period of time you should wait for credit. We're really sorry you even have to wait that long, but we can't update your account until we get word from the sponsor that the offer is complete, and sponsors will sometimes take their time and there's not much we can do about that. If you still haven't received credit after waiting 7 days past the stated date, login to your account and send us a note. We can only investigate your claim if you visited the offer website using the link provided on our site. If you didn't follow our link, we can't provide credit.

A: Simply login to your account and follow the instructions provided to submit your order. We will then review your account and prepare your order for shipment. If there are no pending problems or verifications to be taken care of in your account, we make every effort to ship out gifts the very next business day. When we say we have really, really fast delivery, we mean it! We'll try our best, but keep in mind that due to a variety of factors beyond our control (shipping delays, backorders, account issues, etc.) we may take up to 30 days to ship your gift.

A: An on-hold referral will not count towards your required number of referrals, but as long as it was a valid, legitimate referral, your account will not be negatively affected in any other way because we place holds for a variety of reasons.
